I planted a new container today after a stressful work day… I feel so much better now! Erysmium/Wallflower, red banana croton, and calibrachoa. I love foliage with color, and the croton just adds to my collection of coleus and tropicanna. Cell phone shots will have to do, my SLR’s battery is dead.
Other stress relieving gardening tonight included adding some string of bananas to my tall agave container. I never wear gardening gloves because I love the feel of the dirt, but I had to dig some out for this task. That agave is sharp!
My poppies are finally starting to bloom in the windowbox, and they look lovely with the calibrachoa that just never stop blooming!
And lastly, I was super excited to see my Stargazer lily bulbs blooming already! Well, one, anyway, poking up through the soil.
