Yesterday, I attended the informational seminar on applying to become a Master Gardener of Santa Clara County. Sadly, the classes are during the days on Thursdays, which interferes with my most busy workday at the new gig, so I’m not sure I can pull this off. If you’re not familiar, Master Gardeners serve the community through horticultural education and volunteer work. I consider it a very prestigious position, and I’d love to give back to my community with all of the gardening knowledge I’ve acquired.
I met a lot of interesting people at the seminar, and wanted to give a shout out to the sweet woman I sat next to, as we exchanged websites.
